THIS GRACE BIBLE CHURCHES | ADOPTION RESOLUTION | KJB Page 1 THIS GRACE BIBLE CHURCHES A PAULINE DISPENSATIONAL ASSEMBLY GENERAL ADOPTION RESOLUTION King James Bible (KJB) - Final Written Authority Founding Bishop Wesley Scott Ray | Principal Office: Tyler, Texas GENERAL ADOPTION RESOLUTION A Resolution of This Grace Bible Churches formally adopting and recognizing its initial governing, doctrinal, ecclesiastical, administrative, credentialing, and document-control instruments. WHEREAS This Grace Bible Churches (TGBC) has been established as an independent, unincorporated religious association and Pauline Dispensational Assembly; and WHEREAS, TGBC recognizes the King James Bible as its final written authority and desires that its human governing instruments remain subordinate thereto; and WHEREAS, TGBC has prepared a coordinated body of governing documents for doctrine, ecclesiastical government, succession, credentialing, discipline, local assembly recognition, stewardship, conflicts of interest, and permanent records; and WHEREAS, the Bylaws provide that a draft does not acquire governing authority merely because it is retained, but becomes official through the applicable adoption or recognition procedure; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That This Grace Bible Churches hereby adopts, approves, recognizes, and places into effect, subject to the King James Bible and the authority relationships stated in the governing documents, the following instruments as the initial TGBC governing package: 1. Constitution and Articles of Association of This Grace Bible Churches; 2. Statement of Faith & Foundational Doctrine - KJB; 3. Bylaws - KJB; 4. Circle of the Elders Charter; 5. Founding Bishop & Succession Declaration - KJB; 6. Bishop & Deacon Qualifications, Credentialing & Ordination Manual - KJB; 7. Code of Doctrine, Conduct & Ecclesiastical Discipline; 8. Local Assembly Charter & Affiliation Agreement; 9. Financial Stewardship & Internal Controls Policy; 10. Conflict-of-Interest Policy; 11. Doctrinal Position Paper Series - KJB; 12. Master Governing Document Register; and 13. the approved Official Local Church Charter and Official Ordination Certificate forms. RESOLVED FURTHER - OFFICIAL STATUS Upon execution of this Resolution, each listed instrument that is complete and approved in its present form shall cease to be treated merely as a draft and shall be treated as an adopted or officially recognized TGBC instrument according to its stated authority and purpose. Any blank certificate or local agreement remains an official form until completed and issued or executed for a particular person or assembly.

THIS GRACE BIBLE CHURCHES | ADOPTION RESOLUTION | KJB Page 2 RESOLVED FURTHER - order Nothing in this Resolution alters the authority relationships established by the Constitution, Bylaws, Statement of Faith, or other controlling instruments. The King James Bible remains TGBC's final written authority. No subordinate instrument may amend or contradict a superior governing document except through the amendment procedure lawfully applicable to the superior document. RESOLVED FURTHER - FOUNDING BISHOP Wesley Scott Ray is recognized as the one and only Founding Bishop of This Grace Bible Churches for the duration of his natural life. No action taken by this Resolution creates a co-Founding Bishop, successor Founding Bishop, or transferable Founding Bishop title. Succession after his natural death shall proceed under the Constitution and Founding Bishop & Succession Declaration. RESOLVED FURTHER - RECORDS The executed original of this Resolution shall be retained among TGBC's permanent ecclesiastical records. The adoption date of each listed instrument shall be entered in the Master Governing Document Register. Superseded drafts and future superseded versions shall be preserved and clearly identified as superseded. RESOLVED FURTHER - CONTINUING ADMINISTRATION The Founding Bishop and other authorized persons or bodies may prepare subordinate forms, records, minutes, certificates, and administrative procedures necessary to implement the adopted instruments, provided that no such subordinate material contradicts the King James Bible or a superior TGBC governing instrument.
